Hey! We are offering our cozy 3.5-room apartment right by Letzipark (Kreis 9) in Zürich for exchange. The apartment has a size of 75 m² and is ideal for someone who appreciates a central location. The rent is CHF 2’300 per month incl. service charges. Tram 2 and Bus 31 as well as the Kappeli school are practically at your doorstep. The apartment has a bathroom with a bathtub, a storage room (Reduit), and a very large balcony. The neighbors are quiet and friendly. Laundry can be done without complication. The building is also barrier-free and has a garage. In addition to the apartment, we rent a TG-PP for 150.- and a motorcycle-PP for 50.-. We like it here well, we only want to change so that we have more space. For the exchange, we are looking for a larger apartment in Zürich in a central location with at least 4 rooms and an area of max. 120 m². A balcony, two wet rooms, a garage space, and pleasant neighbors are important to us. The maximum rent should not exceed CHF 3’500.
