Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a new flatmate for our shared apartment in Begonienstrasse. **The location is great:** Irchelpark and Milchbuck are very close by, and the connections are excellent - you can quickly get to HB (13 min tram) as well as to Oerlikon Bahnhof (4 min tram). At the same time, the apartment is located quietly in a small side street. **The room** The approx. 15 qm2 is well laid out and easily offers space for a large bed, a wardrobe, and a desk. Thanks to the great window front with a window approx. 2.5 m wide, the room is beautifully bright and faces the courtyard. **The apartment** The apartment in total is approx. 110 m2 and therefore offers really a lot of space for your ideas. In addition to your room, a large, bright living/dining room as well as a large balcony are available to you. You would share your bathroom with Loic, as we have two bathrooms plus a separate toilet. An absolute highlight is our enclosed, super-equipped kitchen with a large refrigerator, airfryer, sandwich maker, dishwasher, and a lot of storage space. **Your flatmates** You would live together with Loic (26) and Bastian (25). Loic comes from Belgium, works in the finance sector, and likes to do sports, whether hiking, road cycling, or currently triathlon preparation. Besides that, he likes to practice his German. ;) Bastian comes from Wallis, is a flight attendant, and is therefore traveling a lot. When he is in Zürich, he likes to be out in the city, trying out new cafés, or going to Utoquai. A nice, uncomplicated togetherness is important to us. We are not a Zweck-WG (a shared flat for purely functional purposes), but we also respect that one likes to have peace and quiet after work and do one's own thing. If the opportunity arises, we like to eat together sometimes or chill together on the sofa – anything is possible, nothing is mandatory. A certain basic cleanliness and consideration are important to us. Since I am moving into a shared apartment with my boyfriend relatively spontaneously, the move-in is flexible and **possible from the beginning/middle of September**; we will gladly find a suitable date together! I have loved living here and can pass on my room with a clear conscience :) So, if you are looking for a nice room, a great location, and a relaxed WG, we look forward to hearing from you!
