Room in a shared flat

🏡 Bright WG room in a detached house with a garden in Zürich We are looking for a fourth person as a main tenant starting immediately for our shared apartment in a cozy detached house at Frymannstrasse 62, 8041 Zürich. The house offers plenty of space and feels more like a shared home than a classic WG apartment. The total rent for the detached house is CHF 3’300.–. Currently, three women live here, and we are looking for a friendly, uncomplicated, and cleanliness-loving person who fits in well with us. 🌿 Your room Your room is located on the ground floor of the house. The bathroom is located directly vis-à-vis. Also located on the ground floor are: \- Laundry room with washing machine and tumbler \- Garage \- Direct access to the house and to the other common rooms 🛋️ Plenty of space for living together Our large, furnished living room is located on the middle floor. Here there is a large cozy sofa, a television, as well as a dining table – enough space to eat together, watch a film, or simply sit together. The kitchen is located directly next to the living room. A special plus is the garden, which belongs to the house and offers a lot of additional space, especially in the warmer months. 👩‍👩‍👩 Who we are Currently, three women live in the house. For our fourth WG member, we wish for someone who: \- is friendly and respectful \- values cleanliness and order \- is reliable \- wants an enjoyable and uncomplicated life together Of course, each person should also have their own daily routine and sufficient privacy. 📅 Rental duration As it stands currently, the detached house is limited until May 2027. However, due to delays in the planned construction project, there is a high probability that the tenancy can be extended – possibly until the end of 2027 or the beginning of 2028.
