I am offering my bright and charming 3-room penthouse apartment in Zürich for exchange. It is located on a quiet side street right near Idaplatz – so very central in the district, but still pleasantly quiet. The apartment is oriented towards the east and west and therefore has a lot of light throughout the day. In the morning, the sun shines in from one side, in the evening from the other – this gives the apartment a very beautiful, open atmosphere. The two large balconies are particularly beautiful. They are wonderful for sitting outside, eating, reading, or simply being. At the same time, they offer plenty of space for plants, raised beds, or other small garden projects.
