3 ½ rooms apartment

Hoi hoi :) This is a 3.5 room apartment for CHF 1920.– incl. utilities in Wiedikon right by the Wiediker Märt. There are many shopping possibilities and an outdoor parking space can (but does not have to) be rented together for CHF 100.–. The Idaplatz and the Lochergut with the many cute cafes are within short walking distance, and the Friedhof Sihlfeld is perfect for a cozy walk. The balcony has sun and good space for a balcony table set and Europallet sofa or a hammock. A well-lit and spacious cellar compartment belongs to the apartment. There are two washing machines and two tumble dryers each. The apartment is in good condition and a very beautiful home. We (my boyfriend and I want to move in together) are looking for an apartment in Zürich Wipkingen near the water or also in Wiedikon towards Bullinger/Hardplatz, around Röntgenplatz etc. Preferably no more than CHF 2000.– warm. We are also very interested in larger apartments, whereby the desired rent increases linearly. The dream, however, is a little house from 4 rooms for us and a few friends. Location and rent are more important to us than the interior fittings.
