Room in a shared flat

We are looking for a female flatmate for our cozy 3-person shared apartment. The room is 14sqm, is unfurnished and costs 913 CHF/month (excluding electricity). It is for an indefinite period starting from 15.10.2026, or earlier by arrangement. The room is located on the upper floor of a single-family house that the three of us inhabit. Taking care of and enjoying the associated garden is also part of it :) We are Nelly and Fin. Nelly (27, f) works in IT. Fin (31, f) restores historical windows and will soon begin her part-time studies in Social Work on the side. In our free time, we both enjoy being in the mountains. We share a vegetable subscription, a fruit and egg subscription, as well as basic foodstuffs. Joy in creative cooking is therefore an advantage, as we are repeatedly surprised by new types of vegetables. We value open communication and considerate coexistence. Since cleanliness and order are also important to us, you should be confident in your ability to carry out your small tasks (Amtli) conscientiously and regularly. Our shared apartment should be a loving home for us, where one can exchange ideas with one another from time to time, tinker together on the house or garden, and also have the space to withdraw.
