3 rooms apartment

We are a 10min walk away from Uetliberg, but within 10min of HB. The Schaufelbergerstrasse stop is just around the corner. Burstwiesenstr. is a 30 zone and one-way street, therefore super quiet. There is another cat in the house, but that was no problem. We had a folding ladder on the balcony. Unfortunately, our cat died with anemia 😔 There is a rather large garden that one can access. The apartment is somewhat older and the owners will not renovate for the time being. You have to switch the fuse back and forth between the stove and the boiler. We are looking for an apartment with a dishwasher.
