As of 1 October 2026, an 11.5 m² treatment or office room will become available for sole use. The room is suitable, for example, for therapy, consulting, coaching, beauty/wellness offers, or as a quiet workspace. A separate waiting area with a cloakroom in front of the room is also available for sole use. For shared use, a modern, fully equipped kitchen with a balcony as well as a WC with a shower are available. The kitchen is equipped with a stove, oven, dishwasher, microwave, and refrigerator. Access to the rooms is barrier-free. The existing furniture can be used as desired or removed. Included in the rent: cleaning once per week. Rental period: fixed-term from 1.10.2026 to 30.4.2027. The specific rental duration within this period is flexibly negotiable. Optionally, after the expiry of the fixed-term rental period, there is the possibility of further use for up to 2 days per week.
