Room in a shared flat

The room is approx. 15sqm in size and is located in a large modern apartment in Oerlikon. It has a large window with a wide windowsill and morning sun. The apartment has a balcony, 2 bathrooms and a large living room. The room is rented out mostly unfurnished from 2.October to approximately 20. November 2026. The rooms of the apartment are subject to ring reception, but great consideration is given to this. The WG is a 5-person WG consisting of sympathetic young students between 25-29 years old. We are looking for a subtenant who takes over the room for this period.
