The stylish and furnished apartments are comfortably furnished and have everything you need for the perfect business or holiday stay in Zürich. The bedroom is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe to store your personal belongings. The spacious and modern living room with an adjoining kitchen offers a comfortable sofa with a side table and a dining area. In the kitchen, you will find everything you need to prepare a delicious meal. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and WC. The following services are included in our service: all utility costs, WLAN internet, TV, monthly intermediate cleaning, bed linen as well as hand and bath towels. The final cleaning costs CHF 200.00 and we require a deposit of CHF 2000.00 for stays longer than 30 days. The Serafe radio and television fee is not included in the rental price and must be paid by the tenant. The apartments are located in Zürich Oerlikon, in a lively district of the city of Zürich.
