Room in a shared flat

Hello everyone! I am currently living alone in a 3.5-room apartment and am looking for someone to move in with me and form a relaxed 2-person shared flat (WG) – for the long term, not as a short-term transitional solution. **The room** 10.1 m² in size, unfurnished, with a built-in wardrobe – enough space to furnish it properly. **The apartment** 69 m² on the 3rd floor. The living room, kitchen, and dining area are already furnished, and the apartment was recently partially renovated. A pleasant atmosphere to feel at home. **Location** Well connected – the Frankental stop is only a 3-minute walk away, and the Coop just around the corner covers everyday needs. The Werdinsel is also very close by, ideal for a dip in the water on warm days. **About me** I am Fabio, 26, work as a business information scientist at BMW and am in the home office two days a week. In my free time, I do a lot of calisthenics and enjoy swimming, like to cook, and also enjoy being on the go.
