Room in a shared flat

In our 2-person shared apartment, a furnished room will become available for sublet for 6 months starting from October. The 3.5 room apartment is in Zürich Höngg. 🏡 Room \- bright room \- furnished \- Limited from October 2026 to the end of March 2027 \- 15m2 \- CHF 1385 excl. utilities (CHF 15.- per month for water and electricity) 📍 Location \- Bombachsteig 11, 8049 Zürich \- Main station can be reached in 25 min by tram \- Bus and tram station 2min away \- Shopping facilities (Coop, Migros, Denner) are 10min away on foot or 5 min by tram \- Washing machine and drying room available for use \- Cellar room available I would like to sublet my shared apartment room as I am going traveling. The shared apartment and the room are fully furnished and equipped, as can be seen in the pictures. My roommate (Lucas, 28) will remain in the apartment during your stay.
