Room in a shared flat

Furnished shared apartment room with private balcony access – limited to 3 months I am renting out a furnished room of approx. 20 m² in my well-maintained apartment. The room has direct access to one of the two balconies and offers plenty of space. Currently, part of it is set up as a workspace/home office as well as a small home gym or storage space. The apartment The apartment is fully furnished and is intended to feel like a real home for you as well: - large, fully furnished living room - two balconies – one directly from the room, one from the kitchen facing the courtyard - PlayStation, record player, Netflix and other media offerings - fully equipped kitchen - well-maintained and clean household - regular cleaning by a cleaning lady - space for sports/leisure equipment by arrangement About me I am employed, often on the road, and quite enthusiastic about sports: surfing, snowboarding, skateboarding, fitness, and traveling are part of my life. Additionally, I am frequently at my girlfriend's in Basel and therefore sometimes not in the apartment for several days. I want to try out shared living once more and am looking for someone with whom living together works in an uncomplicated, respectful, and pleasant manner. We don't have to constantly do things together – but a nice conversation or occasionally having a drink/eating something together is of course allowed, we "luege" During the week, I have a rather early rhythm. It is therefore important to me that it is quiet in the apartment from approx. 22:00. This does not mean that one has to walk on tiptoes – simply mutual consideration and no loud evenings during the week. Who I am looking for Ideally, a well-groomed, uncomplicated, and independent person aged approx. 30 or older, preferably employed. The room could also suit commuters (Wochenaufenthalter:innen) very well. Important: - Non-smoker – no regular smoking in the apartment or on the balcony. A party or a visit on the weekend is, of course, something different. - no pets - no musical instruments - respectful treatment of the apartment, furnishings, and neighborhood - rather a quiet lifestyle, especially during the week Rental period The sublet is initially limited to 3 months. An extension is fundamentally conceivable if it works well for both sides – we would discuss that together.
