We are renting a beautiful, modern and spacious 2.5-room apartment in Zürich-Affoltern. The apartment is in very good condition and offers two separate rooms, a balcony or terrace as well as a washing machine and a dryer. A cellar compartment and a parking space are also available. The location is particularly attractive: Bus lines 32, 61 and 62 are located nearby. The Zürich-Affoltern station is also easily accessible, and Zürich-Oerlikon can be reached in about seven minutes by bus. Shopping facilities such as Migros and Coop are located in the vicinity. Forest and nature are also quickly accessible. Move-in is possible from the beginning of September 2026. The apartment will initially be sublet until the end of March 2027. An extension as well as the possibility to subsequently take over the apartment as the main tenant can be discussed upon arrangement and subject to the approval of the administration.
