I am offering my 3.5-room apartment in Zürich for exchange. The apartment is approx. 85 m² and is very generously laid out. There is a garden seating area on the living room side. The two other rooms face the quiet street on the 1. OG (30 zone). An elevator and cellar are also available. An underground parking space can be rented for CHF 150. There are several public transport connections within a 5-minute walk and you are in the forest in 5 minutes. Front doors must be approved, but this should presumably be possible. I am looking for a smaller apartment more in the city with at least 3 rooms and 60 m², for a maximum of 1800 CHF.
