Room in a shared flat

Furnished shared room in a modern 2-person WG in Albisrieden I am looking for a roommate for an indefinite 2-person WG in a modern 3-room apartment on the ground floor at Letzigraben starting from 1 November 2026. The apartment is generously laid out with 67 m² and, in addition to the private room, offers a particularly large living and dining area, perfect for cooking and eating together or for cozy evenings. The apartment 67 m², 3 rooms, ground floor Generous living/dining area with approx. 32 m² Bathroom with shower bath 8 m² outdoor seating area on the south side Underfloor heating & cooling in summer Laundry cellar for shared use Large cellar/storage room The apartment is fully equipped with kitchen and living utensils Grill and projector for relaxed evenings are also available. The WG inventory, which is almost 1.5 years old, must be taken over from the previous tenant. Your room The room is approx. 17 m² in size and is rented furnished. Bus stop Schulhaus Altweg directly in front of the door Triemli and Hubertus each approx. 8–10 minutes on foot Coop, Migros and Denner approx. 5 minutes on foot Who fits? I am looking for an uncomplicated, reliable person who wants a pleasant and relaxed WG. Since it is a 2-person WG, a good and respectful coexistence is important to me – I would also enjoy grilling together, having a drink, or spending a cozy evening, but of course with enough personal space for both. I am Flo, 31 years old. Physiotherapist and studying osteopathy in parallel. I am uncomplicated, actively play football, and enjoy traveling, whether privately or professionally. I would also think it would be great if WG life takes place every now and then. Such as a grill evening with friends, cinema, or perhaps hiking or winter activities.
