4 rooms apartment

I am exchanging my spacious 4-room apartment (gross rent CHF 2230, 101 m²) in Zürich Oerlikon (Kreis 11) for an apartment with at least 3 rooms and a maximum rent of CHF 2000. Our bright and very spacious apartment is located only 5 minutes walking distance from Bahnhof Oerlikon (ideal connections to the Hauptbahnhof and airport). The neighborhood is very pleasant and relaxed. A laundry room without a complicated laundry schedule is available for communal use, which works smoothly. We are looking for a cheaper apartment – preferably close to nature, but still with good connections to Oerlikon and the Hauptbahnhof for our commutes.
