HITrental AG offers stylish and furnished studios and apartments in Zürich Oerlikon. Our apartments can be rented from 2 nights up to one month or over several years. At Schwamendingenstrasse 15, we rent cozy studio apartments. The furnished studios are comfortably and practically furnished. In the sleeping and living area, you will find a double bed and a wardrobe for storing your personal belongings. Additionally, there is a small dining area in the studio with a dining table and chairs. The kitchen offers everything you need to prepare a delicious dinner, and the bathroom is equipped with a shower and WC. Our service includes the following services: all utilities, WLAN internet, TV, monthly intermediate cleaning, bed linen as well as hand and bath towels. In the basement, there are also washing machines and dryers available for free use. For bookings longer than 30 days, a deposit of CHF 2000.00 is due. This must be transferred with the first month's rent or the portion for the nights booked in the first month and must be received in the account of HITrental AG no later than 10 days after the signing of the contract/booking. The final cleaning costs CHF 200.00 for stays longer than 30 days. Pets are allowed for an additional fee. The studios are located in Zürich Oerlikon, in a lively district of the city of Zürich. Many national and international corporations are based here due to the excellent connections to the airport and to the city. Oerlikon station is located a few minutes away from the studios. From here, you can reach the main station and also the airport by train in 5 minutes. In the immediate vicinity, you will also find many shops, restaurants and the tram and bus station Sternen Oerlikon.
