3 ½ rooms apartment

We are renting out our modern, centrally located and furnished apartment in Kreis 5 for 3 months. The apartment is equipped with two bathrooms (one with a shower, one with a bathtub), a spacious living and dining area, a kitchen with a dishwasher, oven, steamer and microwave, a study with two standing desks and a guest bed as well as a bedroom. The apartment is rented for the period from 14.11.2026 to 13.02.2026. We rent our apartment to persons who \- have a green thumb \- are reliable and take care of our furniture \- are non-smokers The neighborhood is quiet and yet the lively city center is reachable within 15 minutes by public transport. Several cafés and restaurants are within walking distance. If required, our car, which is parked in the parking garage next door, can be rented additionally. For this use, we would agree on an additional flat rate per month.
