Zimmer in einer 2er-WG in Zürich Hottingen 10 min. zu Fuss zur ETH Zürich / UZH (English below) Hoi :) Ich suche einen Mitbewohner / eine Mitbewohnerin ab dem 01.10.2026 (nach Absprache evtl. ab Mitte September) für ein Zimmer in einer 2.5 Zimmer-Wohnung an ruhiger und zentraler Lage in Zürich Hottingen. Die Wohnung ist ideal an den ÖV angeschlossen. Die ETH und die Universität Zürich sind in 10 Minuten zu Fuss oder in 10 Minuten mit dem ÖV erreichbar. Der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten mit dem Tram oder Bus erreichbar. In der Nähe der Wohnung befinden sich Cafés, Parks und das Kunsthaus Zürich. Das WG-Zimmer hat daz gemeinsame Nutzung von ausgestatteten Küche, Badezimmer mit Bad und einer Waschmaschine in der Wohnung. Das Haus hat einen Lift. Die Wohnugn befindet sich im dritten Stock. In meiner Freizeit lese ich gerne, schaue Filme und verfolge meine künstlerischen Projekte. Gleichzeitig geniesse ich immer interessant Gespräche und neue Menschen kennenzulernen. The apartment has excellent public transportation connections. ETH Zurich and the University of Zurich are a 10-minute walk or a 10-minute ride by public transportation away. The main train station is a 10-minute ride by tram or bus. Near the apartment are cafés, parks, and the Kunsthaus Zürich. The shared room includes shared use of the furnished kitchen, a bathroom with a tub, and a washing machine in the apartment. The building has an elevator. The apartment is located on the third floor.
